Erythritol
Erythritol is a category of products with erythritol, which ranks among popular sweeteners. It is commonly found in nature, for example, in some types of fruit. Most often, it is produced by fermenting glucose obtained from these plant sources. This creates tiny white crystals that look akin to the traditional (beet) sugar, and even reach up to 70% of its sweetness value. But the similarity ends there.
