It breaks down collagen fibres into so-called collagen peptides, which are smaller chains of amino acids. Thanks to these smaller parts, collagen is better absorbed by the body, so you can make the most of its potential. It contains a wide range of amino acids, from which protein is formed in the body. These then support the growth and protection of muscle mass. Collagen is also a key building block for bones, cartilage, and skin. Recently, its popularity has also increased among individuals who strive for maximum support of the joints and the entire musculoskeletal system.

Drink 25 ml Amino Liquid daily with pure or diluted with water. Preferably, before or after exercise. On non-training days, drink one serving immediately after getting up. Never exceed the recommended use within 24 hours.
