Chocolate flavour: whey protein isolate (contains emulsifier soya lecithin; milk), whey protein concentrate (contains emulsifier soya lecithin; milk), cocoa powder (processed by alkaline method), natural and artificial flavourings, thickener (cellulose and acacia gum), sweetener (sucralose).
Vanilla flavour: whey protein isolate (contains soya lecithin emulsifier; milk), whey protein concentrate (contains soya lecithin emulsifier; milk), natural and artificial flavourings, thickener (cellulose and acacia gum), sweetener (sucralose).
Strawberry flavour: whey protein isolate (contains soya lecithin emulsifier; milk), whey protein concentrate (contains soya lecithin emulsifier; milk), natural and artificial flavourings, thickener (cellulose and acacia gum), citric acid, natural colour (beetroot powder), sweetener (sucralose).
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop = 33 g) with 200 - 300 ml of water or milk. Take in the morning, between meals or 20 minutes after training. On training days, take 2 or more servings after training.
