Arginine A.K.G is an amino compound, also known as arginine alpha-ketoglutarate. It is a functional form of l-arginine. It is commonly found in pre-workouts and is ideal to use before physical activity. It has a convenient form of a well-soluble blend and so is easy to take. In addition, you can choose from a Lemon & Lime flavour or an unflavoured option that can be added to any beverage. Depending on the flavour, it contains 3.4 g of L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate per serving. It is great as part of supplementation for strength and endurance athletes.
L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (2:1), acidity regulator (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), flavouring, colouring (chlorophyllin copper complexes)
Mix 1 scoop (3.4 g) with 200 ml of water. Take before physical activity.
