Glucosamine sulphate - KCl (from crustaceans), chondroitin sulphate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin C, capsules: gelatin, colour (Indigotin).
It is recommended to take 1 capsule, 4 times a day with meals. For maximum effect, it is recommended to take continuously for 7 - 8 weeks. Do not exceed the maximum daily intake.
