BCAA Amino Hydrate is a blend containing all three branched chain amino acids (BCAA), specifically l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine in a ratio of 2:1:1. These amino acids are essential because our body cannot create them on its own, so it is necessary to supplement them regularly. They have an important function in the body, as they play role in a protein synthesis, which contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass as well as the maintenance of healthy bones. Fruit Burst flavour: BCAA (2:1:1) (l-leucine, l-isoleucine, l-valine), l-glutamine, l-citrulline DL-malate 2:1, Tri Sodium citrate, potassium citrate, Tri calcium phosphate, anti-caking agents (silica), natural flavouring, sodium chloride, citric acid, sweeteners (sucralose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL), natural colouring (beetroot powder), electrolyte blend: tri potassium citrate, tri sodium citrate, tri calcium phosphate, sodium chloride.
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop 14 g) with 500 ml of water and shake well. Consume during exercise on training days or throughout the rest-days to support the regeneration.
