L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, vegetable capsule containing hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water and calcium carbonate, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
The recommended daily amount is 6 capsules. Take 3 capsules 30–60 minutes before physical activity and 3 capsules immediately after physical performance.
