BCAA + Glutamine is a high-quality dietary supplement containing essential branched-chain amino acids in the form of l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine and the conditionally essential amino acid glutamine. BCAA + Glutamine provides a source of branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine and the extremely important glutamine. Amino acids are the basic building blocks of protein. They make up muscle and also provide the building material for its regeneration.
The branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine, which the supplement contains, are among the essential amino acids. This means that the body cannot produce these substances on its own, so they must be obtained from the diet or supplements. On the other hand, glutamine is referred to as a conditionally essential acid, which means that the body can make it on its own. However, there may be situations when it needs to be replenished, such as during high-intensity or endurance training, during a stressful period, or during illness. The supplement is thus suitable for students, busy managers and all active people and athletes who take care to supplement their daily diet with valuable amino acids.
Add 10 g (2.5 scoops) to 100-150 ml of water or juice.
Drink two servings daily during training days: one immediately after waking up and one after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking up.
