This is a unique hydration complex that makes a functional sports drink. It is suitable to drink before performance, during or after demanding strength and endurance training.
The base consists of amino acids in the form of l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine, which are known as BCAAs. These are essential amino acids, which means that our body cannot make them on its own. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement them regularly through diet or supplements. In this supplement, they are in the optimal ratio of 4:1:1 in favour of leucine, which has the highest anabolic potential of all amino acids. It serves as a precursor to the mTOR protein, which then triggers the process of muscle protein production (proteosynthesis). This will be appreciated particularly after training as part of recovery. During sports performance, it also comes in handy because it is quickly digested and can be used by the body as an energy source.
Every sports drink should contain electrolytes, which are related to optimal hydration. In the formula, you will find calcium, magnesium, sodium and chloride.
