BCAA+ is a functional carbonated RTD drink, which contains just 20 kcal per can. The product contains 5000 mg of BCAA. These are essential amino acids, which our body cannot create itself, so they must be regularly replenished. They play an important role in the body, as they are involved in the synthesis of proteins important for the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.
The drink is caffeine-free, so you can safely enjoy it after your evening workout. Some other essential ingredients are 6 vitamins, which contribute to the optimal functioning of the body. For example, vitamin D affects the proper functioning of muscles and immunity. Vitamins B3, B6, and B12 are in turn important for metabolism, the nervous system, the psyche, and in addition, contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. Other vitamins contained include biotin and folic acid. The latter affects the proper synthesis of amino acids.
