Beta Alanine is a functional dietary supplement containing the non-essential amino acid beta-alanine. In the body, beta-alanine is used to synthesize carnosine, which is related to regulating lactic acidosis in muscles by binding hydrogen ions derived from lactic acid. This makes it a popular choice among active individuals, such as sprinters, crossfitters, and strength athletes, who undergo intense training.
Beta Alanine contains a non-essential amino acid of the same name, which is commonly used by athletes before training. The body then transforms this amino acid into carnosine, which in turn helps regulate lactic acidosis in muscles by binding to hydrogen ions derived from lactic acid. This allows it to take care of athletic performance.

This dietary supplement is available in the form of a well-soluble powder that you can simply mix together with water or other beverages and consume immediately. It can also be combined with L-citrulline or L-arginine to create a more complex pre-workout formula. Last but not least, it doesn't contain caffeine or other stimulants, which makes it suitable for evening workouts as well.
Unflavoured: 100% beta-alanine. The product contains no unnecessary additives, ethers or preservatives.
Lemon Lime flavour: Beta alanine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavour, sweetener (sucralose).
Mix 1 scoop (1.9 g) with 200 ml of water. Take 1-2 times a day.
