Beta Alanine Xtra contains the non-essential amino acid beta alanine, which has a number of important roles in the body. It is involved, for example, in the formation of carnosine. The latter acts as a protein buffer that affects the breakdown of lactic acid in the working muscles during training. It can thus have an effect on improving sports performance, especially at high intensity.
This amino acid is thus popular especially among crossfitters, power athletes, sprinters and team athletes. Moreover, its effects will be beneficial during jogging, cycling and other endurance activities. The product comes in the form of a well-soluble powder, which you just need to add to the pre-workout drink or mix it in a shaker with water. It contains a functional dose of 3 g of pure beta alanine per serving.
Cola flavour: beta-alanine, flavouring, colouring - ammonia caramel, maltodextrin, sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent - silicon oxide.
Apple flavour: beta-alanine, flavouring, maltodextrin, colouring - carotenes, sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent - silicon oxide.
Strawberry flavour: beta-alanine, flavouring, maltodextrin, sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent - silicon oxide, colouring - cochineal red (may have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention).
Mix 3.5 g (1 scoop, 5 ml) of this product in 250 ml of water or another beverage. Take before training.

The product is not suitable for children, pregnant and breast-feeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily use. After opening, close the container tight.
