BIO Unfiltered Apple Vinegar is made by fermentation of freshly pressed, naturally unfiltered apple juice. Thanks to gentle processing without the use of pasteurization, it retains its rich apple flavour and naturally occurring nutrients. It is ideal for flavouring salads or preparing a refreshing drink.
BIO Unfiltered Apple Vinegar is made by fermentation of freshly pressed juice, which comes from carefully selected apples of the highest quality. For maximum preservation of all nutrients, vinegar is not pasteurized and is therefore naturally cloudy. Thanks to gentle processing, it retains its natural sour taste with a fruity touch. In addition, the fermentation process enriches the vinegar with beneficial microorganisms.
Vinegar is perfect for flavouring vegetable and fruit salads. You can also add it into refreshing summer drink, just mix it with mineral water and honey. Apple cider vinegar does not contain any additives or artificial sweeteners.
