BioCell Collagen® Hydrolyzed Type II from chicken breast cartilage is intended for anyone who wants to support the overall health of the musculoskeletal system, youthful appearance and optimal skin hydration. It is a blend based on collagen. Thanks to its hydrolyzed form, it is broke down into so-called collagen peptides which are smaller amino acid chains. This breakdown process ensures that collagen becomes better absorbed and usable by the body. It is thus great especially for supporting cartilage and the entire musculoskeletal system.
The chondroitin sulfate contained works on a similar principle. It is a substance that is present in the structures of the intercellular mass of cartilage. It is associated with water retention in cartilage, which can affect its elasticity. This is one of the reasons why it is one of the go-tos in complex nutritional supplements to support the musculoskeletal system.
The last substance contained is hyaluronic acid. It is located in the skin, hair, joints and the area around the eyes.
