Bone Strength ™ are capsules containing an effective formula in the form of vitamins and minerals to support bones. This blend is ideal for active athletes who usually put more strain on the musculoskeletal system. It will also be appreciated by older people for whom movement is often a bigger problem and they are also at greater risk of falls and subsequent injuries. Other people who want to maximally support bone health can also benefit from using this blend. Calcium contained takes care of this as it, together with phosphorus, contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and maintaining healthy bones and teeth.
To get the most out of this supplement, it also contains vitamin D which contributes to the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Magnesium contained is equally important as it contributes to normal protein synthesis since protein is key to bone growth and health. The effective blend is complemented by vitamin C which is involved in the formation of collagen, one of the substances that make up bones, tendons and ligaments.
The number of active ingredients in the blend is also enriched by vitamin K2. It is the most biologically attractive form of vitamin K which contributes to bone health. It works synergistically with the calcium and vitamin D3 contained. Vitamin B1 or copper, which are among the most important minerals, must be mentioned as well. Together with the manganese present, copper contributes to the maintenance of healthy connective tissues. The composition is concluded by boron and horsetail (Equisetum arvense), which is known for its antioxidant content.
