Boron 3 mg is biologically active mineral boron in the form of vegan capsules. Boron can also be naturally found in food such as nuts, raisins, or apples, but if you are unsure about its sufficient intake, we recommend to supplement it. In each capsule, you will find 3 mg of boron to enhance the amount of boron in the body.
Take 1 capsule a day with food.
Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and stearic acid (plant source).
