CLA, also known as conjugated linoleic acid, is an extremely pure form of this essential fatty acid, which we classify as a fat burner. One capsule already contains up to 800 mg of CLA, which effectively contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. This has a huge impact on our health, because if blood cholesterol levels are too high, it can lead to clogged arteries, resulting in a heart attack or stroke. We cannot create this naturally occurring omega-6 fatty acid ourselves, so we have to supplement it in the body from external sources.
