Cod liver oil are softgel capsules containing cod liver oil, which includes eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These are omega-3 fatty acids that are classified as healthy fats. DHA helps maintain good eyesight and proper brain function. This effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. In addition, you will find vitamin A and D3 in the capsules. Vitamin A supports the functioning of immunity, maintaining good eyesight and healthy skin, but also maintaining healthy mucous membranes and metabolism of iron. Vitamin D contributes to maintaining the functioning of muscles, healthy teeth and bones, as well as the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.
