Critical Mass is a comprehensive all-in-one blend of proteins, carbohydrates, amino acids, creatine and other functional ingredients for athletes who are looking for the best training results. The base is a complex carbohydrate derived from oats and maltodextrin that will give you quick and gradual release energy. Another important ingredient is a protein mix containing whey protein, which is one of the highest quality sources of protein. It supports muscle growth and maintenance, as well as bone health. Another ingredient is creatine monohydrate, which enhances physical performance during short consecutive intervals of intense training. However, the condition for this effect is a daily intake of 3 grams of creatine, which this product fulfils in one serving.
Gainer Critical Mass is also enriched with other substances that athletes will appreciate. These include amino acids, which are the basic building blocks of protein and therefore muscle mass. The product also includes essential amino acid l-leucine, which is classified as a BCAA or branched chain amino acid. Of these, l-leucine has the greatest anabolic potential.
