It offers a well-balanced blend of 100% organic whole grain oats, a high protein content, including ISO-XP Protein Isolate, as well as MCT powder (healthy fats). It is ideal for your active lifestyle.
100% organic wholegrain oatmeal, whey protein concentrate (soy lecithin emulsifier), milk protein isolate, medium chain triglycerides (MCT powder), natural flavors, thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose), natural sweetener (stevia).
Option 1: Remove the lid, add 150 ml of boiling water and mix well. Then just let it cool for 1-2 minutes.
Option 2: Remove the lid, add 100 ml of cold water or milk, and mix well. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix again.
