Chocolate flavor: 100% organic whole grain oatmeal, whey protein concentrate (soy lecithin emulsifier), milk protein isolate, medium chain triglycerides (MCT powder), natural flavors, thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose), natural sweetener (stevia).
Golden Syrup Flavour: 100% organic whole grain oatmeal, whey protein concentrate (soy lecithin emulsifier), milk whey protein isolate, medium chain triglyceride (MCT powder), natural banana flavour, thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose), natural sweetener (stevia).
Option 1: Remove the lid, add 150 ml of boiling water and mix well. Then just let it cool for 1-2 minutes.
Option 2: Remove the lid, add 100 ml of cold water or milk, and mix well. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix again.
