EAA – a complex source of essential amino acids important for building and maintaining muscle mass

EAA is a complex dietary supplement and a great source of essential amino acids, which have a number of important functions in the body. They are used mainly in the formation process of proteins, which act as the main building blocks of muscle mass. Apart from this, essential amino acids are also involved in the production of hormones, enzymes, and other biologically active substances. Next we have threonine, which is important for the production of collagen and elastin. These substances are a critical part of the skin and ensure its elasticity. Another amino acid contained in this product is phenylalanine, which is important for the production of hormones and neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, which affects mood, thinking and other brain functions.

Tryptophan boasts a similar function, and is a precursor of a neurotransmitter called serotonin. The latter contributes to the regulation of sleep, mood, and appetite. Among the ingredients, you will also find histidine, which is also no less significant for the production of certain enzymes and hormones. It is considered essential, especially during childhood. That said, even adults may find that its natural production might sometimes not be enough.

EAA has a wide range of uses due to its properties. During the day, you can use it to supplement substances that are necessary for your health, appearance and physical performance. However, you can also use this supplement after a strength or endurance training, either on its own or as part of a recovery drink. Recommended use

Pour the desired amount of water into the shaker. Afterwards, add in 12 g of the product (1 measuring cup), shake thoroughly and enjoy the drink.
