Eye Support is a special complex of the vitamins A, B2, zinc, beta-carotene, lutein, and other active ingredients in a practical capsule form. As you may know, the vitamins A and B2 are key for our eyesight. They ensure its proper function. Due to this, the ingredients include vitamin A, and beta-carotene that comes from carrots (Carota Daucus), which is able to turn into vitamin A if needed. Next we have zinc, which in addition to contributing to the maintenance of healthy eyesight also promotes the metabolism of vitamin A.
The complex is additionally complemented with an extract of European blueberries (Vaccinium myrtillus), which is the richest source of bioactive anthocyanins. They give the blueberries their purple colour as well as their antioxidant properties. These properties are what made anthocyanins the subject of many scientific studies aimed at improving visual acuity.
Another extract in this supplement is derived from the plant called African marigold (Tagetes erecta) and is considered one of the best natural sources of lutein a zeaxanthin. These are well-known carotenoids, which rank among antioxidants.
