Te third study was the result of function and right tuning of Blackburn. 15 men participated in the study, every one of them was a power sportsman, the age 19 (the youngest) years until 42 years (the eldest). The participants prepared for season with the goal to burn as much fat as they could have and to "shape". Five participants of the study, had been using Blackburn for 40 days 2 capsules 3 times per day. It was in combination with common nutrition at the common exercising. Maximum daily protein dose was 100 grams of proteins (Whey protein concentrate). The second part of the group (5) had the same nutrition and exercising plan but had been using fat burner of another brand. The third part (5) of the group didn't use fat burner. The research was under the team supervision composed of two doctors, dietologs and personal trainer.

Dosing
