Fiber Psyllium is a powdered supplement containing soluble fiber that comes from the seeds of sand plantain (Plantago psyllium) and blond plantain (Plantago ovata). Fiber can support optimal digestive health. In addition, it belongs to prebiotics, which generally serve as food for the healthy bacteria in our digestive tract. It is important for the proper functioning of the intestines.
Psyllium is exceptional in that it can increase its volume several times by absorbing water. It creates a gel-like texture, which as a result can bring a greater feeling of satiety, which is useful, for example, when losing weight. In addition to water, you can add it to, for example, yogurt, your favourite breakfast porridge, pudding or granola. Furthermore, it is suitable for vegans.
Psyllium seeds (Plantago psyllium) 70%, husks of blond plantain (Plantago ovata) 30%.
Mix 7 g (1 scoop) in 200 ml. Consume 1–2 times a day, as needed. It is recommended to drink about 2 litres of water a day while using the product.
