Flex oil is cold-pressed oil in the form of softgel capsules to ensure maximum absorption. It is extremely rich in omega fatty acids such as oleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). They effectively contribute to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood.
Flax oil is cold-pressed unrefined oil in the form of softgel capsules, which is used to supplement important healthy fats. Our body cannot create these on its own. Oil contained in the product was pressed in special form to be as identical as possible to the original oil in flax seeds. It is therefore extremely rich in omega-3, omega-6 a omega-9 fatty acids. It is more than a half content (55 %) of omega-3, more precisely alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), that effectively contributes to maintaining the normal cholesterol level in the blood.
