It contains up to 21.5 g of protein per serving when mixed with semi-skimmed milk. Ideal after training. However, you can also add it to a porridge or smoothie at any time of the day. Vanilla flavour: soy protein isolate (61 %), whey protein concentrate (18 %) (lecithin emulsifier), L-glycine (8 %), milk protein isolate (6 %) (lecithin emulsifier), egg protein powder, flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), pyridoxine hydrochloride, colour (beta carotenes).
Mix 25 g of Formel 90 Protein with 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk or water. Best after exercise.
