FueCarb is a complex blend of fast and slow carbohydrates and minerals to replenish energy and key electrolytes. The carbohydrate blend is made up of a premium fast-absorbing carbohydrate Vitargo®, slowly absorbable Palatinose™ (isomaltulose) and the fruit sugar, fructose. Due to this, the resulting carbohydrate blend has an approximate ratio of 2:1 of high to relatively low glycaemic index. But that's not everything, it also meets the demanding nutritional requirements of performance and professional athletes, who require a large and optimal amount of carbohydrates for maximum performance. The metabolism end product of Vitargo® is glucose and in the case of Palatinose™, it is glucose and fructose. The resulting ratio of glucose to fructose in the whole blend is therefore 2:1, which is around 60:30 per 100 g of the product. This ensures a trouble-free digestion, maximum use of the capacity of the digestive system and an even supply of energy to muscles, which is necessary for maximum sports performance.
As you may know, through sweat we lose important electrolytes, such as chloride, sodium, potassium, calcium, or magnesium and doubly so during sports activity. FueCarb therefore contains said key electrolytes, and helps with their effective replenishment. For example, the lack of calcium and magnesium is associated with the occurrence of unpleasant spasms during physical activity. The contained potassium, calcium, and magnesium then have an effect on proper muscle function. Magnesium is also essential for a proper functioning energy metabolism, which produces energy that is important not only for the muscles, but also other bodily processes. On top of that, it also contributes to the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue while also supporting the electrolyte balance in the body.

Tropic flavour — Vitargo®, fructose, PalatinoseTM (isomaltulose — source of glucose and fructose), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium oxide, sweetener (sucralose), potassium citrate, DigeZyme® (alpha-amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase).
Take before or during physical activity. Mix 1 scoop (30 g) together with 300-400 ml of water. Take 1-3 times a day.
