The heart of the product is the easily digestible carbohydrate Cluster Dextrin®, which is a source of gradually released energy without swings. Due to the fact that it is absorbed relatively quickly and does not burden digestion, it is well tolerated even during intense strength workouts.
This supplement also contains all 8 essential amino acids (EAA) in the form of BCAA (leucine, isoleucine, valine), lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and methionine. Some of them can be used by the body as a quick source of energy. However, they also play a role in building muscle mass and regeneration. In addition, BCAAs help protect muscles from being used as an energy source. Another advantage is the content of the non-essential amino acid glutamine, which is a source of energy for some cells of the immune system and also has a positive effect on sports performance. FueIntra Workout also contains citrulline malate, which can be converted into arginine in the body.
