It is able to bind to water, expand and increase its volume several times over. For example, this could result in smaller portion sizes.
Additionally, it contributes to reducing body weight when combined with a low-calorie diet. You can achieve this beneficial effect by consuming 3 g of glucomannan daily, divided into three servings of 1 g and washing it down with 1–2 glasses of water. It is best to take it before meals while adhering to a weight loss diet.
This supplement is mainly used for weight loss and obtaining the body of your dreams. Moreover, it does not contain any animal ingredients, making it suitable for vegans.
