Green Apple Spike flavour: 100% glutamine, malic acid, natural flavouring (green apple), natural colour (curcumin, spirulina extract).
Berry Blitz, Green Apple Spike, Orange Burst flavours: Mix 1 serving (6 g = 2 scoops) with water or juice in a shaker and mix. Consume 1-2 times a day.
Unflavoured: Mix 1 serving (5 g = 1 and 3/4 scoop) with water or juice in a shaker and mix. Consume 1-2 times a day.
