In single serving, you will receive 60 mg of vitamin C and 400 mg of green tea leaf extract, in which you will naturally find up to 32 mg of caffeine and at least 40% of catechins. Capsules are an ideal choice for people who prefer the benefits of nutrients in green tea over a hot drink.
