HGH Day is a dietary supplement that aims to contribute to the optimal production of growth hormone. It contains an extract from the root of the Peruvian herb Maca, which is exceptional due to the content of biologically active substances such as steroid saponins and plant sterols. HGH Day also contains zinc, which contributes to normal fertility, reproduction, protein synthesis and maintaining normal testosterone levels in the blood.

Thanks to the extract from the root of Peruvian ginseng - Maca (Lepidium meyenii), the product contains a number of steroid saponins and plant sterols. The sterol skeleton (C27), the basic component of steroid saponins, is similar to that which forms the basic structure of testosterone. Maca is also currently most commonly used to support libido, sexual performance, male reproductive health, and subjectively perceived increase in energy levels. HGH Day also contains the amino acid arginine, which is a precursor of nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is responsible for better blood flow to the body, especially muscles.
Ornithine is currently being studied by scientists due to its possible positive effect on relieving fatigue during demanding sports activities. All this in combination with zinc, which contributes to the normal synthesis of proteins, the function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, makes the product a perfect choice for the whole spectrum of athletes.
Maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii), arginine, ornithine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent E470b, zinc bisglycinate, coating (gelatin).
On training days: take 3 capsules daily. On non-training days: take 2 capsules daily. It is ideal to take the capsules in the morning after waking up.
