Hot-Cold gel pack - a practical pack with a cooling but also a warming effect for regeneration, muscle relaxation and pain relief

Hot-Cold gel pack is a practical fitness accessory that should not be missing from your sports equipment. The pack can be heated or cooled according to your needs. The heated pack provides an effective warming effect, which you will especially appreciate with stiff muscles or unpleasant back pain. The cooling effect, on the other hand, is great for recovery after injuries, but it is also suitable for alleviating the muscle soreness after a demanding workout. You can also use it to reduce swelling. For a warming effect, simply place the gel pack in warm water or a microwave for a few minutes.
