More precisely, the source of 60 g of protein is whey protein hydrolyzate, selective bioactive whey concentrate, natural whey isolate, which is known for its high BCAA content, and ultra filtered micellar casein. Due to the fact that it is a combination of quickly and slowly absorbed proteins, they will start to enter your body almost immediately. However, thanks to the last-mentioned type of protein, the body will be supplied for more than four hours.
Quality sources were also used for the carbohydrate component. The base is a blend of "whole grain" oat carbohydrates and maltodextrin. This combination ensures the body's energy supply for a longer period of time without much fluctuation. Mix 300 g (approximately two full measuring cups (measuring cup included in the package)) with 700 ml of water in a shaker or mixer.
