Lecithin is a natural source of lecithin, which is derived from soybeans. It contains fatty acids, glycerol, phosphoric acid and choline. In one capsule you can find up to 1200 mg of lecithin.
Lecithin is soybean lecithin that is a complex of substances similar to fats. It contains choline, multiple phospholipids or soybean oil, which includes also linoleic acid, linolenic and oleic acids. In one capsule you can find up to 1200 mg of lecithin and the pack will last at least 60 days.
Soy lecithin, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol), softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerol, purified water).
Take 1 capsule 1–2 times a day.
