N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, anhydrous caffeine, choline bitartrate, colourant: chlorophyllin (E141), vegetable capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), theobromine, grains of paradise extract ((Aframomum melegueta) (as Paradoxine®)), panax ginseng extract (stem and leaf), Coleus forskohlii extract ((root) (as ForsLean®)), bitter orange (Citrus aurantium) extract, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, black pepper extract (as BioPerine® ).
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon, ideally no later than 1 hour before a meal. Take the last serving no later than 6 hours before bedtime.
