Liquid Magnesium is a source of magnesium and other trace minerals in the form of a natural mineral concentrate. The daily dose is 400 mg of magnesium, which helps to reduce fatigue, proper muscle function, electrolyte balance and protein synthesis.
Liquid Magnesium is a liquid source of magnesium and other trace minerals. It is obtained from the Great Salt Lake in the USA and is produced by using a patented solar evaporation process. It is exceptional for its ability to retain 72 trace minerals in a biologically available ionic form. In addition, thanks to the mentioned process, up to 99% of the naturally occurring sodium can be evaporated.
Magnesium is useful for electrolyte balance, proper muscle function, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, or protein synthesis. Liquid Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, but also to the function of the psyche and proper metabolism. In addition, it is also suitable for vegans.

Shake well before use. This product is highly concentrated without additives and has a very strong taste. Use 1/4 teaspoon (1.33 ml) mixed three times a day with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor.
