Use 1 pack daily for 3 weeks. On training days, take 30 - 45 minutes before training. On non-training days, take 1 pack between meals. After 3 weeks, skip one week. Repeat the cycle as needed. The energy (stimulant) complex is contained in a red capsule. You can skip it if needed.
