Mr. Popper's RiceMash is an unflavoured instant rice mix for preparing delicious porridge. It is one of the sources of complex carbohydrates. It is perfect for breakfast or a snack and can be prepared according to your taste, for example with protein powder. Furthermore, it is a fantastic ingredient for homemade baked desserts like muffins or goodies.

By adding some of these ingredients, you'll get a tasty and well-balanced breakfast. It is a rice mix that can be used the same way as rice flour. You can quickly and easily make it into a breakfast or snack. It contains complex carbohydrates. It is also low in fat and contains no added sugar. As a result, it's a fantastic complement to your diet.
The unflavoured version can be prepared to your preferences and works excellently as a thickener for various sauces. It is also suitable for baking, so you can prepare some homemade cookies, rice desserts, muffins or any other goodies. You can be sure it will find its rightful place in your kitchen pantry.
Unflavoured: natural: instantised extruded rice flour.
Flavoured: instantised extruded rice flour, cocoa powder (only for flavours: double Dutch Chocolate, White Chocolate), sodium chloride; flavouring; beetroot extract; sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose and acesulfame-K.
Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 220-250 ml of hot water or milk. Mix with a spoon until you get a porridge consistency. You can sweeten it with a bit of honey and top with fruit or nuts. Mixing ratio can be changed according to your taste.
