Omega 3-6-9 is a balanced combination of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. It is a mix of vegetable oils, while each of them contains some important nutrients for lowering cholesterol and maintaining heart, eye and brain health.
Omega 3-6-9 is a unique combination of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids in the form of soft gelatin capsules. It contains a mixture of vegetable oils - linseed, evening primrose, canola, pumpkin seed oil and blackcurrant oil. Each of these oils provides important amino acids, nutrients, as well as many vitamins and minerals beneficial to our bodies. They are a rich source of ALA, DHA and EPA acids which maintain heart, eye and brain health, as well as normal blood cholesterol levels.
Soft gelatin capsule (beef gelatin, water, glycerin, caramel powder, carob powder).
Take 2 soft gelatin capsules a day with food.

It is not made from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or tree nuts. It is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. There may be a natural discoloration of the capsules in this product. After opening, store in a cool and dry place.
