Omega 3 is a liquid fish oil from cod liver. It comes from the Lofoten archipelago in Norway, where it is obtained from high-quality fish. Store in a dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C. After opening, store at 2 – 8°C and use within 3 months. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
