Omega 3 is a liquid fish oil from cod liver. It comes from the Lofoten archipelago in Norway, where it is obtained from high-quality fish. The main part of its ingredients profile consists mostly of omega-3 fatty acids. These are fats that our body cannot produce by itself, so it is necessary to replenish them regularly. It contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Store in a dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C. After opening, store at 2 – 8°C and use within 3 months. The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
