Myo-inositol, inulin, L-glycine, fennel seed powder (Fructus foeniculi), yarrow extract 10:1 (plant) (Achillea millefolium), alpha-lipoic acid (ALA), lady's mantle extract 10:1 (plant) (Alchemilla vulgaris), Chinese angelica extract 10:1 (stem and leaf) (Angelica sinensis), zinc bisglycinate, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum, cellulose), sweetener (sucralose), colouring agents (beetroot, beta-carotene), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).
Mix 1 heaping scoop (5.4 g) with 300 ml of water. Take 2 times a day.
