Regener is post-workout drink to support quality and fast regeneration in a well soluble instant form. It is very effective combination of carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins and minerals designed to boost energy and micronutrients supply after physical exercise.
Regener is regenerative post-workout drink for fast energy and other micronutrients supply after intense sports performance. Thanks to 62 g of carbohydrates in each serving, it will quickly replenish your glycogen supplies in the body, which is an important source of energy for active muscles. For muscle regeneration, the product contains L-glutamine, L-arginine and BCAA amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
This post-workout drink also contains Ginkgo biloba extract, known for its components which support cognitive function. Regener also contains vitamin C, which is an antioxidant, along with vitamin E and selenium. These help to protect cells against oxidative stress. Magnesium contributes to reduce the fatigue and exhaustion, support electrolyte balance and normal functions of the muscles and nervous system. Regener does not contain artificial colours and with its fast absorption, it is perfect all athletes, who need to recover after a demanding sports performance.
Fresh apple flavour: maltodextrin, glucose, L-glutamine, L-leucine, acidity regulator citric acid, aroma, magnesium citrate, potassium gluconate, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-arginine, anti-caking agent calcium phosphate, L-ascorbic acid, thickener carrageenan, sodium chloride, DL-a-tocopheryl acetate, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, Ginkgo biloba extract (24% flavones), colouring agent beta carotene, organically bound selenium from yeast.
Red fresh flavour: maltodextrin, glucose, L-glutamine, L-leucine, acidity regulator citric acid, magnesium citrate, potassium gluconate, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-arginine, anti-caking agent calcium phosphate, beetroot concentrate, L-ascorbic acid, aroma, thickener carrageenan, sodium chloride, DL-a-tocopheryl acetate, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, Ginkgo biloba extract (24% flavones), colouring agent beta carotene, organically bound selenium from yeast.
Mix 75 g (1 scoop = around 30 g) in 450 ml of water and drink in portions over 20-30 minutes immediately after physical exercise. Then drink another 200 ml of water.
