ReHydrate Ion Supply Drink is a concentrated refreshing drink containing selected vitamins, minerals, L-glutamine, taurine and L-carnitine. It is a hypotonic sports drink with fast absorption that is ideal for hydrating and delivering essential nutrients during rigorous athletic performance. Electrolytes such as contained magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium are in fact commonly lost during intense or endurance activity through sweat and therefore need to be replenished. Since it is a concentrated blend of these substances, it needs to be diluted with water. You can take it before, during or after exercise during recovery.
Each of the substances contained in the concentrate has a specific role. Calcium and magnesium play an important role in metabolism important for energy production, while magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
