It has an ergonomic shape, and allows you to utilize its three different position settings, thanks to which you can adjust it to your needs. The first and the lowest position is ideal for all beginners, people with less flexibility and people who simply want to do some light stretching. Adjusting the position to a higher setting produces a higher intensity of stretching. In addition, the surface of the pad has ribbing, which provides a pleasant massage for your back.
Using the pad is easy. Simply slide the upper ribbed part into the bottom one on both sides. The bottom part is equipped with parallel lines for switching between the four positions. Once you have adjusted the level, place the pad on the floor and lie down on it so that it is approximately underneath the middle section of your back. Your spine should be following the central orange line. Try maintaining this position for at least 10 seconds, get up, and repeat the exercise as desired. The pad may be placed on the backrest of your chair. By doing so, you can provide extra support for your back while seated, whereupon it will help you maintain proper posture.
