Salt Caps contain magnesium, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, pantothenic acid and L-carnosine. It is beneficial for supporting immunity, reducing fatigue, electrolyte balance, but also the functioning of the psyche and nervous system.
Salt Caps are fast-absorbing capsules containing electrolytes beneficial not only for athletes and active people. It contains magnesium, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, pantothenic acid and L-carnosine.
By using Salt Caps, you will support the balance of electrolytes, but also the reduction of fatigue and the functioning of the psyche or nervous system.
Sodium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium citrate, gelatin capsule (gelatin, iron oxide), potassium gluconate, calcium gluconate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, sodium chloride, L-carnosine, calcium D-pantothenate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, nicotinamide, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
On days with physical activity, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules about 40 minutes before physical activity. Use as needed during exercise. In case of difficulties and preparation for training, take 2 days in advance 5 capsules a day. Maximum daily intake: 5 capsules. Gradually swallow the capsules according to the recommended dosage and drink plenty of water. Alcoholic and dairy drinks are not suitable. Do not bite the capsule!
