Selenium 200 mcg are the capsules in a vegan form containing selenium that belongs to important minerals for a proper function of various tissues. It is naturally found in animals' inner organs, seafood, Brazilian nuts or wheat sprouts. Selenium contributes to the proper functioning of human's immunity and protection of cells against oxidative stress. It's useful for the optimal functioning of thyroid and maintenance of healthy nails and hair or the correct spermatogenesis. One capsule contains 200 mcg of selenium which is 364 % of recommended daily intake.
Rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and stearic acid (plant source).
