True Calm™ are vegan capsules with a mixture of 8 active substances. In the mixture you will find vitamin B3, B5, magnesium, GABA, glycine, taurine, inositol, or valerian root extract. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is naturally found in the body, where it has a "calming" function because it reduces neuronal activity in the brain. Glycine is a non-essential amino acid that is a building block of protein in human muscle. Taurine, in turn, is found naturally in the human body, such as muscles or the brain. It is part of proteins and is also involved in the production of bile salts. Vitamin B3 (niacin) is beneficial for the proper functioning of the nervous system and psychic function, as well as reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6 is important for the regulation of hormonal activity as well as the proper functioning of the nervous system and psyche. Magnesium supports the balance of electrolytes or the proper functioning of muscles, nervous system, and psyche. The capsules are also suitable for vegans.
