Ubiquinol are soft gel capsules with ubiquinol - the active and reduced form of coenzyme Q10. It occurs naturally in the human body, for example in the heart, but we can also take it from the diet. Its sources are meat, vegetables, fruits and legumes. MCT oil - medium chain triglycerides, is also part of the softgel capsules. The addition of MCT oil naturally improves solubility and intestinal absorption, resulting in a product with excellent biological value. MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, locust bean bread) and beeswax. MCT Oil is from coconut oil / palm kernel oil.
Take 1 capsule daily with a high fat meal.
